Account & Data Deletion
Hisab Jankari is a digital khata and business record management application developed by Job Jankari.
Users can request deletion of their Hisab Jankari account and associated data using the options provided below.
Delete Your Account
If you want to permanently delete your Hisab Jankari account and associated cloud data, you can use the “Delete Account” option inside the Hisab Jankari app.
In the app:
1. Open Hisab Jankari.
2. Log in to your account.
3. Open the More section.
4. Select “Delete Account”.
5. Confirm the account deletion request.
The account deletion process permanently deletes the account and associated account data stored in the Hisab Jankari backend, subject to any information that may need to be retained for legitimate security, fraud-prevention or legal requirements.
Request Account Deletion Without Access to the App
If you have uninstalled the app or cannot access your account, you can request account and associated data deletion by contacting us by email.

Please include the following information in your email:
• Your Hisab Jankari registered mobile number.
• Your request to permanently delete your Hisab Jankari account and associated data.
We may request reasonable information to verify that the deletion request belongs to the account owner before processing the request.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When a valid account deletion request is processed, we will delete the account and associated data stored in the Hisab Jankari backend, including where applicable:
• Account information
• Registered mobile number
• User profile information
• Customer records
• Customer transaction records
• Cashbook records
• Bill records
• Item and stock records
• Staff records
• Collection records
• Other business records associated with the account
• Authentication/session information associated with the account
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained only where necessary for legitimate security, fraud-prevention, legal or regulatory purposes.
Any information that is required to be retained will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
Processing of Deletion Requests
We will process valid account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verifying the request.
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and cannot normally be reversed after the deletion has been completed.
